Lawrence Ogorek Passed Away 

Lawrence Ogorek, old resident of the town of St. Joseph passed away at his 

home early Monday morning. Mr. Ogorek was born in Poland and was locates 

some time in Pennsylvania before he came to Kittson county and locate in the 

place where he was residing at the time of his death. He was a good honest 

and upright man and always tried his best to be a good citzen and was to 

provide for his family. He is survived by threes sons, Joseph at home, 

Frank, town of St. Joseph, John, of the town of Blooming Vale, Roseau 

county, one daughter Mrs. Alex Leskiw of this place. Besides there are a 

large number of grandchildren and great children. He was about 80 years of 

age.
