WILL I Elijah Wilcox of the Town of Baxter in the county of Lac qui Parle and State of Minn. being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament First I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named pay all of my just debt and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be Second after the payment of such funeral expenses and debt I give devise and bequeath to my son Denton C Wilcox all my Estate both Real and personal together with any right, title or interest in any lands or personal property I may hereafter acquire to have and to hold the same to him the said Denton C Wilcox his heirs and assigns forever providing always that he the said Denton C Wilcox his heirs Administrators executors or assigns shall at all times provide my beloved wife Olive Wilcox with a comfortable support so long as she may live Third I give devise and bequeath to my son Horton N Wilcox the sum of One hundred Dollars to be paid out of my estate at the decease of my said wife Olive Wilcox Lastly I make constitute and appoint my said son Horton N Wilcox of Lac qui Parle county State of Minn to be executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
