ELIZABETH SCHOEB

LeSueur News, July 18, 1903



Died, at her home in this city on Monday afternoon, July 13th, at 2 

o'clock, after a short illness, Mrs. Elizabeth Schoeb, wife of Marx 

Schoeb, death being due to heart failure caused by nervous trouble. 

Deceased leaves a husband, two sons and two daughters. She was born in 

new York state in 1839. She came to LeSueur county when young and was 

there married in 1862 to Mr. Schoeb. About six years ago she moved to 

this city. The funeral was held Wednesday forenoon at 9 o'clock from the 

church of the Immaculate Conception, Reb. Smalian officiating. Interment 

at Scotch Lake.
