Made available to The USGenWeb Archives by: Bill Kinkel ========================================================================= Mary E Wagner the oldest of ten Children of the late Mr. And Mrs August Kinkel was born near Berlin Germany November 23, 1848 and died November 30 1938 at the age of 90 years and 8 days. On Feb. 13 1868 she was married to Reinhardt Wagner. To this union three children were born. Ella L. {Mrs W.H. King} of Northfield Minnesota; Alfred James Wagner of Onamia Minnesota who died in August of 1936; and Walter A of Sioux City Iowa. Mr Wagner died May 17 1917 And Mrs Wagner continued to live in Le Sueur for several years. Then made her home with her Daughter in Northfield. The Deceased joined the Methodist Church in 1868 and was a very active member until her health failed. One Brother Charles Kinkel of Minneapolis and her youngest sister Mrs Helen Andrews of Monterey California and a number of nieces and nephews in the LeSueur and vicinity. Services were held at the M.E. church at two o'clock with Rev Harkness in charge. He was assisted by Rev L. H. Klaus Pastor of the M.E. church of Northfield. A quartette composed of Miss Evelyn Sohm, Mrs Harkness, E.B. Mueller and Herbert Dressel sang two Beautiful hymns.
