Obituary extracted from the Minneota Mascot



October 1, 1897

DIED.  Last Sunday, after a long and painful illness, Mrs Oddny Eastman, 

aged 50 years.  Mrs Eastman leaves a husband and 2 daughters who have the 

sympathy of all in their bereavement. The funeral took place Monday 

afternoon, services being conducted by Rev B B Jonsson at the Icelandic 

church of which deceased was a member.
