Matt Pattinson was born on July 18, 1982 in Mankato, Minnesota to William 
and Jacquelyn Morgan Pattinson. As a young boy Matt moved with his family 
to California. In 1985 the family moved to Minnetonka, MN, and later to 
Lakefield, MN. Matt attended Lakefield High School. Following school Matt 
worked as a hired man for various farmers in the area. He also worked 
construction and at various restaurants in the area. He moved to 
Marshall, MN in December of 2004. Matt passed away on January 18, 2005 at 
his home in Marshall. Matt enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling, and 
spending time with his family and friends. 

Survivors include: his mother, Jacquelyn Pattinson of Thompson, IA, 
paternal grandparents, William and Patricia Pattinson of Currie, MN, 
maternal grandparents, Daryl and Harriet Morgan of Thompson, IA, three 
aunts and their spouses, Kathy and Tom Byrne of Currie, MN, Kris and Tim 
Rignell of LaCrescent, MN, and Karen and Dale Robinson of Currie, MN, 
seven cousins, Tom Byrne and his wife, Lezlie, and family, Joe Byrne and 
his wife, Pam, and family, Preston Rignell, Brandon Rignell, Jordan 
Rignell, Mackenzie Radel, and Madeline Caron. He is preceded in death by 
his father, William Pattinson. 

Funeral services: Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Currie, MN on 
Friday, January 21, 2005 at 1:30 PM with Monsignor Paul Evers 
officiating. The organist is Patty LeClaire. The song leader is Gene 
Dold. The pallbearers are Tom Byrne, Joe Byrne, Preston Rignell, Brandon 
Rignell, Tony Jenniges and Matt Jenniges. Interment at Calvary Cemetery, 
Currie, MN.
