Baumgartner. The youngster was helping haul manure and had climbed onto the back of the load to make the trip to the field. In the field he lost his balance, and fell off the load. The rear wheel of the spreader passed over Roderick's head, causing instant death. The accident occurred shortly before eight o'clock in the morning, and altho medical aid was immediately summoned, no help was possible, and Roderick passed away in a few minutes without regaining consciousness."
