Her funeral was held September 27, at St. Joseph's Convent in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Helen Cullen, long-time Fulda residents. Along with her siblings, JoAnne spent her growing up years in Fulda. Besides her parents, her brother Jerome preceded her in death. She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, John and Davelene Cullen of Virginia Beach, VA, her sister-in-law, Estelle Cullen of New Brighton, MN, her sister, Sister Mary Cullen, O.S.F. of Wallins, KY, and her brother, Rev. Martin Cullen of Fargo, N.D., and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by five step-sisters and a step-brother.
