Anthony George Fujan, the son of George and Philomena Ocharzik Fujan, was 

born on January 19, 1942 in Walnut Grove, Minnesota. He grew up in Walnut 

Grove and graduated from Walnut Grove High School in 1960. In 1977 Tony 

moved to Fulda, MN and stated working at the D.A.C. in Fulda. Tony passed 

away on October 21, 2006 at the New Dawn Home in Fulda at the age of 64. 

He was a member of St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church in Fulda. Tony enjoyed 

playing cards, eating out, especially steak and shrimp, riding around the 

lake and looking at wildlife. He loved cowboy and polka music.



Survivors include his six cousins, Deloras Dicke of Wilmar, MN, Edward 

Fujan of Rochester, MN, Sister Marie Fujan of Marshall, MN, Dean Fujan 

of Sartell, MN, Lorraine Fujan of Florida and Jerry Fujan of Minneapolis, 

MN. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Gene Fujan.



Funeral services were held at Totzke Funeral Chapel in Fulda, MN at 11:00 

AM on Tuesday, October 24, 2006 with Sister Marie Fujan officiating. The 

pallbearers were Terry Morrison, Curt Janiszeski, Roland Buschena, Myron 

Elg, Tom Schrantz and John Martens. Honorary pallbearers were Roger 

Wagner, James Hamerski and the staff of Lloyd Lane. Interment at Calvary 

Cemetery, Walnut Grove, MN.
