He served in the Minnesota National Guard. He was employed as a general contractor in the construction field. He is a member of the Hamel, Minnesota. American Legion. Terry, Hamel, Minnesota passed away April 11, 2005, at North Memorial Medical Center, Robbinsdale, Minnesota at the age of 58. Survivors include his wife Sylvia (Biegler); son Terry Lee Lingen; daughter Tammy (Kyle) Wicklund; grandchildren James, Nathan, Tyler and Jaden Rose; sisters and brothers, Peggy Splett, Vaughn (Bess) Raymond (Karen) Dick (Stella), Avis (Tony) Laurent and Roger (Lina); sisters-in- law Karen and Gladys. Mass of Christian Burial was at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 15, 2005, at The Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, 155 Cty Rd. 24,Medina, MN. Graveside services Saturday, April 16, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. at Hillside Cemetery in Lake Wilson with Fr. Patrick Arens officiating. Interment at Hillside Cemetery, Lake Wilson, MN. Local arrangements by Totzke Funeral Home, Slayton.
