St. Peter Tribune dated Jan 20, 1886
 
"Last week in the cemetery adjoining the St. Nicholas church, the 
remains of Anton Burg were laid to a last resting place.  Said person 
was 84 years old, came to this country in 1857, resided ever since on 
the same farm bordering on Middle Lake, and was the oldest deceased 
buried in the Catholic graveyard of this town.  His wife preceded him 
a few years ago, and his children are all prospering heads of families.  
Jan. 18, 1885   Qui Vive."
