On Monday Of Last Week, October 14, According To Word Received By Mrs. John Biedermann Secretary Of The Local Degree Of Honorof Which The Deceased Was A Member. Alfred Rice Was A Brother Of The Late Wm. Rice. He Left Here Some 20 Years Ago. He Built The Brick House On The Farm South Of Town Now Occupied By Joe Plessel. And Sold Out To Fred Wiley. He Was 70 Years Of Age And Was Born July 6, 1859.
