Born: December 6, 1889 
Parents: Marius Svendsen and Dorothea Christiansen at Momence, Illinois
Resided: Holland, Minnesota from 1889 until 1911
Hinckley in 1913
Married: Anna Mikkelsen on February 28, 1911 
Children: Lavina Currie of N. Canton, Ohio 
          Wanda Pierson of St. Paul 
          Merle Swendsen
Sister: Mary Ziegler of Bradenton, Florida
13 grandchildren
32 great grandchildren
3 great great grandchildren  One 
Child: Thelma Ford, preceded him in death.
Services: First Lutheran Church on March 1, 1976 at 3:00 p.m.
Officiating: Rev. Michael Edwins
