B. Ferguson. Miss Jane Hunter visited with Miss Lizzie Froats Wednesday. Miss Ada Nisbet spent Wednesday with her aunt Mrs. James Nesbit. The youngest child of Mr. and Mrs. John Hannah died Tuesday. The funeral occurred today. Parents have the sympathy of the community in this sad bereavement. Thos. Nisbit and family have not moved to Grand Forks yet, but expect to as soon as the weather is milder. Town meeting was held Tuesday everything passed off very quiet, although there was a large crowd. There were 167 votes polled. The greatest number of votes that were ever polled in the town.
