Also killed were Robert Beiroffer, 19, and Walter Felepe, 18, both of Glencoe. Mrs. Lorraine Dobrava, 31, also of Glencoe, was seriously injured in the crash. The group was en route to Fort Knox, Kentucky, to visit Mrs. Dobrava's husband, who was in the Army. Lorraine was born August 12, 1930, in Sheridan Township, the fourth child of Mathias and Ruth Kramer. Her grandparents were Michael and Gertrude (Bernard) Kramer and Anthony and Mary (Morovitz) Rohlik). Lorraine attended grade school in Seaforth and St. Mary's High School in Sleepy Eye. In the spring of 1952 she graduated from St. Catherine's College in St. Paul with a major in music. She was to teach in Clarissa, Minnesota, in the fall. A funeral mass was held at the Church of St. Mary in Seaforth, Minnesota on June 18, 1952, at 9 a.m. Rev. A. J. Kern officiated.
