Made available to The USGenWeb Archives by: Dwight Grabitske ========================================================================= Arlington Enterprise Thursday 9 January 1908 PASS AWAY Young and Old are Called Home by their Maker. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - WILLIE BREITKREUTZ Willie Herman Alvin son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Breitkreutz of Arlington township, died on Thursday, Jan. 2nd at the home of his parents after a short illness of but 24 hours. The immediate cause of his death was due to Spinal Meningitis. He took ill very suddenly and receded rapidly until the final end came, notwithstanding the efforts which were brought forth to relieve him of his sufferings. He was born in Arlington township on Nov. 8th, 1902 and was 5 years, 1 month and 25 days old at the time of his death. The funeral was held from the parental home on Sunday afternoon and the remains were interred in the Arlington cemetery, Rev. G. A. Rabe officiated at the last sad rites. The entire community condoles with the bereaved relatives in this, their hour of sorrow.
