Feeblemindedness combined with lung fever, which set in shortly before her death, is given as the source of her demise. The deceased was born in this county in Dryden township, April 8th, 1879, being therefore 27 years, 8 months and 8 days old at the time of her death. She had been employed as bookkeeper at the store of the Streissguth Merchantile Co., for about 14 months, having left their employ on Oct. 11th, 1902, when she was rapidly failing. The funeral was held Sunday at 1:30 o’clock p.m., the body being interred in the Lutheran cemetery, Rev. Heidmann officiating at the last sad rites. She is survived by three sisters and two brothers and also a half sister. Her parents have both gone before her. The sorrowing relatives have the sympathy of all in their sad affliction.
