She had given birth to a boy ten days previous and had the best of attention, being under the care of a trained nurse. She was able to sit up and was at the window intending to surprise her husband when he came home, when the fatal stroke came without warning. She was buried by a Lutheran minister three miles north of her home. Deceased was born in Dryden township, this county, March 26th, 1882, and was 30 years, 5 months and 4 days of age at the time of her sad and untimely end. She was married Dec. 22, 1910, to Martin Hammerstrom, formerly of Glencoe, and resided on a homestead six miles from Regent. She is survived by her husband and infant son, her father Mr. G.
