The immediate cause of her death was a compunction of chronical [sic.] ailments with which she has been afflicted for a number of years. Deceased was born Feb. 28, 1877, and leaves a father and mother and two brothers to mourn her departure. The funeral took place yesterday morning at 9:30 under the auspices of the Young Ladies Sodality of St. Mary’s Church, of which deceased was a member. Fr. Govert of Norwood and Fr. Doyle of Green Isle assisted Fr. Rant during the Solemn Requiem Mass. The pall bearers were Jerry O’Brien, Wm. O’Brien, Willie Meyer, Peter Angerhofer, Nic Haupt and Herman Bovey and the honorary pall bearers were Teresa Dreever, Marie Haggenmiller, Bertha and Anna Barth, Irma Hensler and Margaret O’Brien.
