He was a native of Ireland and was about 76 years of age at the time of his demise. His wife died about 5 years ago since which time he has been making his home with his son. The funeral took place Tuesday forenoon, the burial being in the Catholic cemetery of that township, and Rev. Fr. Joy officiated. Three children survive him, viz: Lawrence Madden, Thomas Madden and Mrs. John Burke, all of Jessenland. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
