She had been ill only for a few days and had the best of medical attention, but nothing could be done to save her. The funeral was held Thursday from her late home, Rev. K. Reuter of the German Lutheran church of the township conducting the services, and the remains were interred in the cemetery of that congregation near the home. The pall bearers were John Abraham, Carl Schauer, John Bullert, August Rucks, Julius Brockhoff and Gottfried Bullert. Besides her husband, six children are left to mourn her untimely departure, viz: Mrs. Herman Moskop of this village, Richard of Underwood, N.D., and Herman, Albert, August and Hulda of Green Isle township. Deceased was a native of Germany but has been a respected resident of Green Isle town for a good many years. She was a woman of strong Christian character, patient, loving and self-sacrificing. We join their many friends in extending sympathy to the afflicted family. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
