FileFormatted by Terri--MNArchives Made available to The USGenWeb Archives by: Dwight Grabitske ========================================================================= - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Arlington Enterprise Thursday 22 November 1906 BURNS CAUSE DEATH Ida Stucke, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Stucke, of Dryden township was fatally burnt by an explosion while starting a fire with kerosene oil at the home of her grandmother in Lester Prairie on Saturday at 10:30 A.M. She died Sunday morning at 11:10 o’clock at Lester Prairie. She was taken to her home Monday. Miss Stucke kept house for her brother Louis for several years, and has been nursing her grandmother at Lester Prairie since June 15th this year. Miss Stucke was a highly respected young lady and her sudden death was a severe shock to her folks and friends. She was born Aug. 26th 1880 and was therefore 26 years, 2 months and 22 days old at the time of her death. The funeral was held from the house at 12 m. today and the remains were laid to rest in the East Arlington cemetery. Services will also be held in St. Paul’s Lutheran church, Rev. Robt. Heidmann reading the last sad rites.
