THOELE: SUFFERED WITH TUBERCULOSIS From the Hub: The Henry Toele home in Sibley township, was saddened last Saturday, Feb. 7th, when their son Harry Walter Thoele was called to his final rest at 4 o’clock that afternoon, after several years of suffering with tuberculosis. Harry was born March 1st, 1890 on the old home and attained the age of 29 years, 11 months and 7 days. He contracted a severe cold a week before his death, which hastened the ending of his life, influenza pneumonia settling in and he suffered much during his last hours. His taking away in the prime of life is deeply regretted by his many friends and his memory is mourned by his sorrowing parents, four sisters, Mrs. Emil Rucks of Arlington township, Esther, Annie and Sadie at home and six brothers, Ernst, Fred, Levi, Allie, Stanley and George. The funeral was held from the home on Wednesday afternoon at 12:30 after which the remains were brought here, services being held at St. Paul’s Lutheran church at 3 o’clock. Rev. Tychsen preaching the sad rites, and interment was made in the cemetery south of town. The Hub joins in expression of sincere sympathy to the bereaved family in the loss of their beloved son and brother.
