On Sunday, Dec. 18th, at the home of his parents in the town of New Auburn, Sibley county, occurred the death of Herman Jacob Christ Unglaub, after an illness of two weeks, heart trouble being the immediate cause of death. Deceased was born in Carver county, Minn., May 3rd 1887, being 17 years, 7 months, 15 days old at the time of his demise. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Adam Unglaub, who together with three brothers and nine sisters loved to cherish the fond memory of a kind and loving son and brother. Herman was an upright and industrious young man and was highly respected, which fact was amply verified by the large funeral cortege which followed him to his last resting place. The funeral was held Dec. 21st from the first German Evangelical Lutheran church, Rev. E. Klobe officiating. The bereaved parents and family have the sympathy of their many friends in their sad affliction when one of their number in the bloom of life was snatched from their midst. --- Glencoe Enterprise - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
