Woller Dead. News of the death of Mrs. Aug. Woller came as a shock to the community. She passed away Monday monring at 1:45 at her home two miles east of this place, after only a few day’s illness, having become ill last Friday and at first nothing serious was anticipated. Medical aid was summoned but she was in a condition for which there was no relief as blood poison had set in. Mrs. Woller was born in Kelso township to Mr. and Mrs. Edward Klappenbach, on July 1st. 1870, and was therefore nearly thirty-eight years of age. On the 22nd day of May, 1893, she assumed the marriage vows with Aug. Woller, and four children were born to them, one son and three daughters. She was an industrious lady and was well thought of by all who knew her. By her untimely death, the little ones are deprived of the mother’s care and attention. Besides her husband and four children who are left to mourn her death, she leaves an aged mother and four brothers. The funeral was held yesterday (Thursday) from the home at one o’clock , after which services were held at St. Paul’s Lutheran church, Rev. Cornils preaching the last sad rites. Interment was made in the cemetery south of town. The Hub extends sympathy to the bereaved husband in his hour of deep sorrow. - [Gaylord] Hub.
