All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ************************************************************************ Holdingford, Stearns County, MN Holdingford Herald Nov. 6, 1958 page 3 Frank Dzieweczynski of Holdingford our second oldest citizen, died Friday morning, Oct. 30, 1958 at the age of 91 years following a two month illness. He was born Jan. 28, 1867 in Posen, Poland and came to the United States in 1888 settling in Rochester, NY until 1891 when he moved to Minnesota settling on a farm east of Holdingford where he has resided ever since. His wife and two sons, Anton and Dominic proceed him in death. Children surviving are Joseph, St. Paul: Stanley, Mrs. John Kociemba (Frances), Holdingford: Mrs. A.B. Elliot (Martha), Forest Lake: Mrs. Johanna Noe, Little Falls: Mrs. Paul Bible (Agnes), Waite Park: Mrs. Kenneth McKellep (Pauline), Golden Valley: Mrs. Lawrence Fedor (Helen), Minneapolis. There are 28 Grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. The body remained at the S.J. Brenny Funeral Home in Holdingford until the time of the funeral, which was held at St. Hedwig's Catholic Church, Rev. Leonard Caida officiated. Burial was made in the Parish Cemetery.
