June 4, 1913 "Iowa Recorder" Greene Co, Iowa

 

Leslie Yarger, (a deaf mute) and a friend were walking along the railroad 

tracks at Alberta, SD (who lived in Morris, Minnesota), were both killed 

by a gravel train as they did not hear it approaching.  

Leslie was 20 years old.
