STATE OF MINNESOTA }       In Probate Court,
County of St. Louis}         Special Term
          Probate Office July 14, A. D. 1875
   In the matter of the Proof and Probate of
the last will and testament of Edward W.
Anderson Jr., deceased, late of the County
of Douglass, and State of Wisconsin.
   Whereas, an instrument in writing purporting
to be a certified copy of the last will and
testament of Edward W. Anderson, Jr., deceased,
late of the county of Douglass, Wisconsin, has
been filed in this office: and whereas, 
application has been made by Hiram Hayes praying
that the same be proven and admitted to Probate,
according to the laws of this State:
   Therefore, it is orderd that said application 
be heard before me at the Probate Office, in the
City of Duluth, in said County, on the 9th day
of August; A. D. 1875, at two o'clock P. M.
   And it is further ordered, that notice shall
be given to all persons interested in said will,
of the time and place of said hearing, by 
publication in the DULUTH MINNESOTIAN, a newspaper
printed in said County, for three successive
weeks, once each week, prior to the time of such
hearing.
