Mendenhall, through her attorneys, filed an exception yesterday to the order of Judge Moer requiring a bill of particulars in her suit agains Luther Mendenhall, and gave as reasons that the order was issued without authority and in contravention with the rights of the plaintiff, because the defendant had waived the right to demand a bill of particulars by answering to the amended complaint in said action and for the further reason that demand for a bill could not be required of the plaintiff because the allegations in her amended complaint were sufficiently specific.
