   Isabella Jane Schofield has brougoht 
suit against the Duluth Gas & Water
company and secured an injunction
temporarily restraining it from cutting
off the water supply in the two dwelling
at 222 East Second st. The water company
demands payment of a bill for $96.42, of
which $81.67, it is alleged, is for back
rent the plaintiff does not owe.
