NOTICE
                            U. S. LAND OFFICE}
            Duluth, Minn., December 29th 1873}
   Complaint having been entered at this Office
by Even Iverson agains Gustav A. Torkilson for
abandoning his Homestead Entry No. 428 dated
May 27th, 1873, upon the West 1/2 of Southwest
1/4 Section 10, Township 49 North, Range 15 West,
in St. Louis County, Minn. with a view to the
cancellation of said entry: the said parties 
are hereby summoned to appear at this Office on
the 30th day of January 1874, at 2 o'clock P. M.
to respond and furnish testamony concerning said
alleged abandonment.
