             LEGAL NOTICES
GUARDIAN SALE OF REAL ESTATE
   NOTICE is hereby given, that by virtue and in
pursuance of an order of license of sale made in
the matter of the estate of the minor heirs of
CORNELIUS G. RAY, deceased, by the Probate Court
of the County of St. Louis, in the State of 
Minnesota, on the 14th day of November 1868,
commencing at eleven o'clock in the forenoon
of said day, at the front door of the Post
Office, in the town of Duluth, in the County
of St. Louis, in the State of Minnesota, offer
for sale to the highest bidder, for cash, at 
public vendue, the following described real
estate, as the property of said minor heirs 
of said CORNELIUS G. RAY, deceased, situate 
in said county of St. Louis, to wit
   Lot number three (3) in Section number
twenty three (23) Township number fifty (50)
north, of Range fourteen (14) west.
    Dated Duluth, November 16th, 1868.
