      MRS ROY FINNEGAN
   Mrs. Roy Finnegan (Marcella Smith) died
at 8 a.m. Friday in Rochester. She was a
daughter of Mrs. Lillian Smith of St. Paul,
a niece of Mrs. F. A. Hoyt. She was about
33 years old. Mrs. Hoyt was called to 
Rochester Friday morning but did not arrive
until after Mrs. Finnegan's death. Mrs.
Finnegan's husband and one son are both dead,
her mother the only immediate survivor. A
private funeral is to be held in Tower, the
girlhood home of Mrs. Smith. Mrs. Hoyt will
return to St. Cloud Monday.

TO ROCHESTER-- Mrs. F. A. Hoyt left this morning
for Rochester, Minnesota, called by the serious
illness of her niece, Mrs. Roy Finnegan (Marcella
Smith). Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Hugh McInnis are both
in Rochester.
