Waxlax, 74, of Apache Junction, AZ, died on October 8, 2004, in Mesa, AZ. Eva was born in Red Wing, MN on February 22, 1930, to Norma and Charles Drew. She was married to Dale Robert Waxlax on December 2, 1950 in Two Harbors, MN. She worked for many years as a bookkeeper and retired from the Babbitt School District in 1985. Eva and Dale moved to Apache Junction, AZ in 1993 to enjoy their retirement years in the warmth of the desert. She is survived by her husband, Dale; sons: Ken (Pam) of LaQuinta, CA; Roger (Paula) of Hastings, MN; Mitch of Portland, OR; Ron (Becky) of Brooklyn Park, MN and daughter, Amy (Bob) Lindahl of Grand Rapids, MN; eleven grandchildren and one great granddaughter. A memorial service was held on October 13, 2004 in Apache Junction, AZ and she will be laid to rest next summer in Two Harbors, MN.
