WEST DULUTH'S SENSATIONAL DIVORCE CASE
ON TRIAL BEFORE JUDGE MOER.
NELSON CONTEST STILL ON.
  The divorce suit of Charles W. Danielson
against Ida Danielson, in which desertion
and bigamy were alleged, was heard by 
Judge Moer yesteday and continued for more
evidence. The same judge granted a divorce
in the case of Catherine Falconer against
James Falconer, who deserted his wife in
Scotland and came here with a young woman.
