   Today will be divorce day in the district
court, and it is expected that many of the
13 cases set for hearing will be disposed of.
In numerous cases judgments will undoubtedly
be entered through default. Those billed to
be called are 
Thomas Humes vs. Laura Humes,

The Three branches of the district court
were occupied yesterday in listening to
details of connubial infelicity, and 
before they day had rolled by nine
unhappy couples were given legal separation.
   Judge Ensign, who occupies the main
room this term, granted Thomas Humes a
divorce from Laura Humes on the grounds of
adultery.
