   Today will be divorce day in the district
court, and it is expected that many of the
13 cases set for hearing will be disposed of.
In numerous cases judgments will undoubtedly
be entered through default. Those billed to
be called are...
Ida Loftus vs. John Loftus,

The Three branches of the district court
were occupied yesterday in listening to
details of connubial infelicity, and 
before they day had rolled by nine
unhappy couples were given legal separation.
      Ida Loftus, whose husband John Loftus,
disappeared suddenly about four years ago,
was given her freedom. Mr. Loftus was 
assistan state weighmaster, and it was 
believed that the investigation of the 
weighing system in the elevators here
precipitated his departure.
