Orville Behl greeted the guests and Miss Rita Kielmeyer, granddaughter of the couple was in charge of the guest book and gifts. Mrs. Ferd Beyer and Mrs. Herman Zimmerman cut and served the three-tiered cake which was baked and decorated with three golden bells, yellow roses and lily of the valley by Mrs. Earl Christianson, of Forest Lake. Mrs. Frank Zimmerman poured. Others who assisted were Mrs. Amor Kielmeyer, Mrs. Wendell West and Mrs. Leander Beyer. Mrs Behl's corsage was of nine yellow tea roses and encircled with a gold ribbon. Mr. Behl wore a yellow mum. Rev. Arnold Schulz offered a prayer and read Psalm 23. Miss Susan West sang "I Come to the Garden Alone." Guests came from Anoka, Holloway, Forest Lake, Wyoming, Stacy, Danvers, Barrett, Browns Valley, St. Paul, Minneapolis, Hutchinson, Garfield, Robbinsdale, Deer Park, Wix., Forest Wis., Makoti, N.D., and Garrison, N.D.
