M. Dolan, Resident Swift County since 1879 funeral services were held at Danvers Wednesday morning, June 23, for Mrs. Charles M. Dolan, a resident of this county nearly her entire lifetime and of Danvers since 1904. Last rites were held in the Church of the Visitation at 9m'clock with Rev. H. G. McCall officiation. Pallbearers were Hugh Doyle, Walter and Louis Gallagher, and John, Oscar and Cecil Robertson, all cousins of the deceased. Mrs. Dolan died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. George Quigley, at 8:20 o'clock Saturday evening, June 19, following a two weeks' illness. Death was caused by a cerebral hemorrhage. Mary Clare Gallagher was born in Lake City on August, 1876, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Gallagher, and was 66 years old at the time of her death. She came to Swift County with her parents in 1879 and was married to Charles M. Dolan at the Church of the Visitation, Danvers, on November 4, 1896. They moved to Danvers in 1904. Mr. Dolan preceded her in death on January 24, 1937. Mrs. Dolan was a member of the Alter and Rosary societies. She is survived by eleven children, six daughters and five sons. Mrs. G.E. (Laura) Quigley and Mrs. D. L.(Clara) Connolly of Danvers, Mrs. J. H. (Margaret) Aylmer of Benson, C. T. Dolan of Seattle Wa., E. F. Dolan, of DeGraff, J.C. Dolan of Danvers, Mrs Clearence(Catherine) Tisdell of Olivia, Mrs. Paul G. (Rose) Bliven of Glendale, Calif., Miss Cecelia M. Dolan of St. Paul, Sgt Vincent Dolan of Camp Claiborne, La. and Pvt. Richard D. Dolan of Panama. Mrs Dolan is also survived by one sister, Mrs Marie Pennyweight of Laramie, Wyoming, and nine grandchildren. Among those from out of town who attended the funeral were, Miss Cecelia M. Dolan, Mrs F.E. Dolan and Daughter Anne, Miss Cecelia A. Dolan and Mrs. Wm. Conlon of St. Paul; Mr and Mrs Clarence Tisdell, Tom Tisdell and Miss Beatrice O'Halloran of Olivia; Mr and Mrs E. F. Dolan of DeGraff; Mrs. Richard Dolan and Mr. and Mrs. R Weis of Holloway; Sgt. Vincent J. Dolan of Camp Vlaiborne; Mrs. Marie Pennyweight of Laramie Wyoming; Mrs. Thos. Connolly of Saint Cloud; Mrs Mary Ferry and Mrs Oscar Gallagher of Minneapolis; Mr and Mrs. John Robertson of Barry; Miss Nels Moran of Morris; Mrs. Kenneth Smith of San Fransisco and Mrs Harold Riggs of Duluth.
