P. Dolan Died Monday, August 12, 1929 T. P. dolan of Six Mile Grove, a resident of Swift County for more than 50 years and operator of approximately 700 acres of farm land died of heart disease at his home at five o'clock Monday morning August 12. Although he had been in ill health the past year, he was about as usual. He appeared restless early Monday morning and his wife came to talk to him and found him gasping for breath. he died before a physician reached him. Funeral services were held in the Church of the Visitation at Danvers at nine o'clock Wednesday morning, August 14 and burial was made in the church cemetery. Rev. J.L. O'Neil officiated. Terrence Patrick Dolan was born Feb 17, 1876 in Boston , Mass. the following year his parents, Thomas and Cecelia Dolan, took up a homestead in West Bank township within a short distance from the deceased's present home place. He has lived in Swift County practically all of his life time and has engaged extensively in farming, the acreage under his control approximating 700 acres at the time of his death. hje was married to Miss Frances Washburn at Danvers on Nov. 16, 1904. His widow and 11 children survive him. he was a member of the Knoghts of Columbus and the Holy Name society. The surviving children are: Thomas, Mary, Helen, Elizabeth, John, Lucille, Charles, Frank, Terrence, James and Arthur. The surviving brothers are Charles M. of Danvers, and Thomas and Frank E. Dolan of West Bank and the surviving sister is Miss Cecelia Dolan of West Bank. August 16, 1929
