Alvina SCHROCK HABEN Jan. 8, 1912 to Sept. 2, 1978 Mrs. Robert Haben Funeral services for Mrs. Robert (Alvina) Haben, 66, were held Tuesday, Sept 7, at Trinity Lutheran church. Rev. Dan Abrahams was officiant at the 10:30 a.m. service. Mrs. Haben died Sept. 2 in Minneapolis. Special music was provided by John Behlen, organist, and congregational singing. Pall bearers were Glenn Rheingans, Myron Haben, Bernard Westhausen, Eldred Wolf, Arthur Hoernaman, Virgil Larsen, Glen Schrock and Michael Schrock. Interment was at the Trinity Lutheran cemetery in Fairfield. Holman-Winje Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Alvina Schrock Haben was born at Moody county, S. D., Jan. 8, 1912, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Schrock. She grew up in rural Appleton and Holloway and later went to Shible. She was united in amarriage to Robert Haben on Nov. 23, 1934. Mrs. Haben went to school in Shible and was confirmed and married at Immanuel Lutheran church, Shible. Mrs. Haben, who had polio when she was 11, had worked the last 14 years in a local Nursing Home. Survivors are her husband, Robert Haben, of Appleton, four daughters, Mrs. Jack (Marion) Kelsay, Mrs. Earl (Arlene) Carpenter, Mrs. Darrel (Gloria) Rumsey and Mrs. Don (Arlys) Dayton; one son, Vernon Haben; 11 grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Al (Minnie) Hoerneman, Annie Rheingrans, Mrs. Alma Rhein-
