FileFormatted by Terri--MNArchives Made available to The USGenWeb Archives by: Judy VanVleet ========================================================================= Louise Johanna STENDER RISCH June 24, 1878 to February 22, 1969 Services held for Mrs. Louise Risch Funeral services for Louise Johanna Risch, 90, a resident of Holloway for 60 years, were held Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran church, Holloway, with Rev. Wm. Natzke officiating. Mrs. Risch died Saturday, Feb. 22. Pallbearers were Curtis Johnson, Paul Johnson, Grant Johnson, F. W. Holzheimier, John Risch and John Hallaway. Interment took place in the Holloway cemetery. Mrs. Risch was born at Young America, on June 24, 1878, the daughter of the late Charles and Marie Meilke Stender. She was united in marriage to Samuel Risch on Feb. 19, 1898 in St. Paul. Mrs. Risch was a charter member of Immanuel Lutheran church in Holloway, helped organize the Ladies Aid and served as its president for about 11 years. Surviving are two sons, Henry, of Aberdeen, S. D., and Samuel, of St. Paul; three daughters, Mrs. Ernest Johnson and Mrs. Bernard Anderson of St. Paul, and Mrs. George Snodgrass, of Jacksonville, Fla., also five sisters, three brothers, five grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Her husband and parents preceded her in death.
