Bailey, Andrew, (page 1050), son of Thomas and Jane Bailey, was born in 
Ireland in 1838. He received his education at the common schools and his 
youth was spent on the farm. At the age of fourteen he came to Iowa, 
remaining there six years. Then he came to Zumbro township, settling on 
section 23. He owns two hundred acres of land. He married Emma Dane, of 
Wisconsin, her parents being natives of Canada. They have no children.
