McKinney, William, bookkeeper, Minneiska, was born in 1859. His parents names were Charles and Caroline McKinney, and were living at Redfield, Oswego county, New York, at that time. His education was received at the common schools. In 1877 went to New York city, remaining nine months, then came to Minneiska. Since that time has resided in Plainview, Fergus Falls, and other portions of the state, but at present is in the employ of Brooks Bros., as head bookkeeper. In religion he leans toward the Congregational church. Married Mattie A. Burchard, of Plainview. Have one child, Nellie. Mr. McKinney is a man well fitted for the important position which he now fills.
