Passed away: at home of her daughters, Misses Myrtle and Marion Carpenter, 
             9:30 Sunday evening, January 16, 1927
Age: 89 yrs, 2 mos, 10 days
Born: Martha Jane Quiner, Richmond, Indiana, November 6th 1837, and
2 years: moved with her parents to Milwaukee, Wis. later coming to
Later: Concord 
Married: July 24, 1860
Spouse: Charles Carr CARPENTER
14 children: 9 girls, 5 boys, (all reached mature age except 
Martha Eliza, d. at 3 years)
1860: moved to Stockholm, Wis.
Family farm purchased by: Thomas Q. Carpenter
Preceded in death by: husband on September 27th 1882
