Rolph, 74 years old, died at Midnight Friday night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Lynn Anderosn (sic), at Hammond. Funeral services were conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the home of Mrs. Anderson and at 2 p.m. at the Farm Hill church, Rev. Wetzel officiating. Mr. Rolph was born in Pennsylvania and at the age of nine came to Minnesota with his parents, who located in Fillmore county. Six years ago he went to Hammond to live. His wife preceded him in death. He is survived by six daughters: Mrs. Paul Mitchell, Mrs. 0. H. Kreutz, Mrs. Walter Herrick and Mrs. Lynn Anderson of Hammond; Mrs. Mabel Hodge, of Red Wing; and Mrs. John Owens of Bay City, Wis.; three brothers M. G. Rolph, Hansborough, N.D. and Forest and William Rolph of Palisade, Minn.; and one sister, Mrs. Bert Pelmer of Winona. There are 31 grand-children and three great grand-children.
