MRS. ANTON BARUM(LENA HENDERSON)

December 15, 1945

Mrs. Anton Barum, 65, Houston, Route 2, died of a heart attack.  She was born 
May 15, 1880 in Houston County, MN, and had lived in the vicinity all her 
life.  Survivors are her husband and seven sons, Aldis, Alton, Emil, and 
Ingvald, at home; Cpl. Oscar, with the military police in Japan, and Carl and 
Elmer, Winona.  One brother, Henry Henderson, Ridgeway, and eight 
grandchildren, one of whom is in the maritime service in the Atlantic.  
Henry, Emil, and Alton were recently discharged from the armed forces after 
four and one half years of service.  Burial will be in Looney Valley Cemetery.
