In 1879 the family moved to Renville and lived there six years, after which they moved to Dickey county, North Dakota, where they lived until the spring of 1891, when they moved to Yellow Medicine county and settled on a farm in Friendship township near Clarkfield. Henry O. lived with his parents on the farm until 1901, and then rented a farm of his father on section 26, now farmed by his brother Halvor, and lived there until the fall of 1912, when he moved to his own farm on section 26, which he had purchased in 1903 and had farmed. He already had a house on the place and he erected a big barn and other buildings in 1912. Mr. Wilson was married November 25, 1900, in Normania township, to Helma Rolstad, who was born in Blue Mounds, Wisconsin, March 14, 1882. They have three children, as follows: Irvin Leroy, born September 28, 1902; Wallace Leland, born August 27, 1906; Hiram Leo, born February 12, 1910.
