Becky Hodge In Loving Memory of Dusty Hodge Born May 21, 1982 By Becky Hodge God must have been short of Angels Who are good at spreading cheer, Angels whose smiles can light up a room And make more smiles appear…… He must have needed an Angel With a heart as good as gold, One to help entertain the children As well as warm the hearts of the old…… An Angel who is never too busy To tell you he loves you each day, One who is always happy And spreads cheer as he goes his way…… So Happy Birthday My Smiling Angel, My comforter, my son, my friend, Happy Birthday Dusty Until we see you again….. When you look up and see the blue sky By Becky Hodge When you look up and see the blue sky Or feel a cool breeze as it passes you by… If the sound of a Meadow Lark you may hear Singing merrily in your ear… If you notice the moon is especially bright On a beautiful starlit cloudless night… Or a beautiful butterfly lands nearby While the sun beams down from a mid-summer sky… If you sit by the river and hum a song Or just listen to the water as it rolls along… When the wind through the evergreen whispers to you On a day when you’re feeling especially blue… Or you might see the Eagle soaring so high Against a beautiful blue clear sky… Then you’ll remember that I am free And that I ask you “Don’t cry for me”… Just smile at a stranger Or squeeze someone’s hand Or maybe go out and explore this great land… Take your kid fishing Smell the fresh air Just take time to show someone you care… Gather your friends and your family near Break out in laughter Spread lots of cheer… Cherish my memory Let it glow bright Remember my smile And my eyes glowing bright… And if you are tested By pain and fear… Listen with your heart And you’ll see I’m still here… Becky Hodge I'll Meet You In The Morning By Albert E. Brumley VERSE 1 I'll meet you in the morning, By the bright riverside, When all sorrow has drifted away; I'll be standing at the portals When the gates open wide, At the close of life's long, dreary day. CHORUS I'll meet you in the morning, With a "how do you do" And we'll sit down by the river, And with rapture old acquaintance renew; You'll know me in the morning By the smiles that I wear, When I meet you in the morning, In that city that is built, four-square. VERSE 2 I'll meet you in the morning, In the sweet by and by And exchange the old cross for a crown There will be no disappointment and no body shall die In the land when life's sun goeth down. REPEAT CHORUS VERSE 3 I'll meet you in the morning, At the end of the way Oh the street of that city of gold. Where we all can be together and be happy for aye While the years and the ages shall roll REPEAT CHORUS Visit Albert E.
