Mortality schedules have the name of the person who died during the  12
months preceding the census (e.g. June 1, 1879-June 1, 1880), age, sex,
birthplace, month died, marital status, occupation, and cause of death.

Slave schedules have owner's name(s), number of slaves  owned,  slave's
ages, sex, and color (black or mulatto), and  number  of  slave  houses
(1860).
